October 11: “Beyond the Singapore Sling” Workshop

Another under the Life and Lifestyle series organised by Aun Koh with the national Museum, the Club organised an outing to the Beyond the Singapore Sling: Creating Cocktails with Local Herbs and Spices workshop at the National Museum, The Salon Level 1, on Thursday 11 October, 6:30 – 8pm.

Like the chocolate workshop, this was a blast because we got to taste what we learnt. We were taught the basics of how to infuse liqours with Asian herbs and spices, and use them as ingredients in our own concoctions.
